Mbiwallet Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mbiwallet ("Platform", "Us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mbiwallet platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the mbiwallet platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version.

Mbiwallet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of significant changes via registered email or in-platform notification.

To be eligible to register and use the mbiwallet platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online betting services
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any other person
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Never previously banned or blocked from using the mbiwallet platform

Mbiwallet reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. If you are unable to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe, your account may be suspended until verification is complete.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account closure and fund freezing. You are responsible for updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

One account per individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at mbiwallet. Owning multiple accounts — even using different information — is prohibited and may result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential
• All activities occurring in your account, including unauthorised activities
• Notify mbiwallet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include the Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a valid passport, or other recognised identification documents.

Mbiwallet accepts deposits via a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX, internet banking transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the member's own name. mbiwallet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an unrecognised source will be returned.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method. Exact limit details can be found on the deposit page within your account. mbiwallet reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time based on platform risk policy.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallets and 1 to 3 hours for standard bank transfers during operating hours. All withdrawals are subject to standard security checks to protect member accounts.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before the first withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same member's name
• Deposits must complete at least one wagering round before a withdrawal is permitted
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn

Mbiwallet reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or for legal compliance reasons. In such cases, mbiwallet will notify the member via their registered email.

General mbiwallet bonus rules:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated

4. Mbiwallet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus granted in error or found to have been misused
5. Use of arbitrage or hedging wagering strategies to fulfil bonus requirements is prohibited

Mbiwallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through the platform's official communication channels where reasonably practicable.

All bets placed on the mbiwallet platform are considered final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring that betting details are accurate before confirming any bet.

Mbiwallet reserves the right to void, reject, or modify any bets under the following circumstances:

• Significant technical errors or data discrepancies in odds display
• Odds set incorrectly due to human or system error
• Information received after betting market closure
• Any suspicious situation or suspected fraud

In the event of a severe technical disruption during a live casino or slots game, mbiwallet will use server records to determine a fair outcome. The decision made by the mbiwallet technical team in such matters is final.

To maintain platform integrity and protect all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on mbiwallet:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools during gameplay
• Collusion with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Bonus abuse or system loophole exploitation (bug exploitation)
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate language directed at staff or other members
• Account sharing or selling an account to a third party
• Any form of fraud or misrepresentation of personal information

Closure by Member: You may close your mbiwallet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

Closure by mbiwallet: mbiwallet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Request from competent authorities
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, mbiwallet reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in that account if it is proven that the balance was obtained through activities in breach of these Terms.

Mbiwallet provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors. While we strive to ensure 24/7 platform availability, occasional downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occur.

Mbiwallet is not liable for:

• Losses arising from unfavourable betting or gaming outcomes
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party internet outages
• Actions taken by third parties who gained unauthorized access to your account

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by mbiwallet Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

In brief, mbiwallet collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC requirements
• Secure processing of financial transactions
• Enhancing user experience on the platform
• Account-related communications and promotional offers (with your consent)
• Fraud prevention and legal compliance

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
